Your HVAC system won’t work as hard to keep your home at a consistent temperature since energy-efficient windows reduce drafts and uneven heating and cooling in your home.

2. Ease of Maintenance 

You also probably want replacements that don’t require a lot of attention. Materials like wood and aluminum are susceptible to scratches and dings, which need to be filled in to restore a pleasant aesthetic, and their finish and protective coating may need to be touched up periodically to prevent problems. Vinyl and similar materials, on the other hand, can be wiped down with a damp cloth and don’t require special treatment other than standard repairs.
